Turkey Bacon and Basil Butty on a Homemade Kaiser Roll
Bacon sandwiches are great anyway you slice them. I’ve been known to eat pork bacon sandwiches, with white bread and mayonnaise, along with an ale or stout, and a soccer game. It’s delicious, but I wouldn’t recommend eating that on a frequent basis.
While this one isn’t pork bacon, it’s still a great, simple sandwich with a lot of flavor.

Start by baking or sautĂ©ing your turkey bacon until it’s crispy. Then just toast your bun, assemble your sandwich, and enjoy.
