Cucumber Watermelon and Feta with Balsamic Vinegar

This is a light, refreshing salad that’s awesome in spring or summer.
Start by cutting your cucumbers into medallions at a slight angle, then cut your watermelon into similar sizes.
Arrange the cucumber and watermelon on the plate however you like, then sprinkle feta over it. Next, tear some mint and basil, sprinkle it on the plate, and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over everything.
Finish with a bit of salt and pepper and it’s ready.
