Parsley Ginger Juice

This is a simple drink that’s super healthful.
Add half of a large bunch (or a whole bunch) of parsley (stalks and all) to a blender, along with fresh, peeled ginger. Add a bit of water, then blend it until it’s smooth. Mix in a bit more water to make it the consistency that you like, and enjoy.
