Ingredients 2 Eggs Cheddar cheese Milk Parmesan cheese Onion Garlic Basil Mushrooms Basil Salt Pepper Directions Start by sautÃ©ing sliced garlic, onions, and mushrooms until they’re caramelized. Next, whisk your eggs with a bit of milk, then add grated cheese, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Add the mixture to your pan, and cook gently. When it’s just cooked, fold it over on itself, then fold it onto your plate. Finish with more cheese and chopped basil, serve and enjoy.
