Next, reduce the heat, and add your cream, and goat cheese. Allow everything to come together then remove it from the heat, drizzle in a bit of lemon juice, along with a small handful of chopped parsley. Then, set it aside until everything else is ready.

When your egg and toast are ready, give your mushrooms a mix (and check for seasoning – add salt, pepper, and lemon juice as needed), then add some of the mushrooms to the bottom of your plate. Place your toast on top of the mushrooms, then add more mushrooms on top of the toast. Add, you egg on top, then finish with more mushrooms, and chopped parsley.
