This is a really healthful juice, but it is very bitter. If you’re totally averse to bitter flavors, this might not be the juice for you. But, if you’re willing to give it a try, you might like it. You could also add a bit of honey in this one to counter some of the bitterness.
Bitter melon (Chinese bitter melon in this case)
For this juice, you’ll just core your pears (3-4 per serving), roughly chop your bitter mellon (1 cucumber-sized per serving), and add it to your juicer. Once everything is juiced, squeeze in the juice of a lime and it’s ready.
