Ingredients Sun dried tomatoes (recipe) Prosciutto Goat Cheese Basil Crusty bread (rustic bread recipe) Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste) Directions Start by toasting a slice or two of bread. This can be done by sautéing the bread on high heat in a small bit of olive oil (or simply place the bread in the oven) until the bread is golden and toasted. Assembling and plating the bruschetta is very easy. Start by spreading a bit of goat cheese on your toasted bread, followed by a layer of prosciutto, and sun dried tomatoes. Finish with a bit of basil, and you’re ready to enjoy.
