Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

This is a simple dish that makes a refreshing end to a meal.
Start by slicing your strawberries, then add them to a bowl with a bit of sugar (to taste), and a tablespoon or two of balsamic vinegar.
Next, cover the strawberries, place them in the refrigerator, and let them macerate for at least 30 minutes. This will give the flavors a chance to meld.
When you’re ready to serve it, mix in fresh, chopped mint, serve and enjoy.
