They’re simple – creamy on the inside – and delicious. Have a glass of wine with it, and maybe a salad, and it makes for a great meal. Ingredients 2 Eggs Parmesan cheese (freshly grated) Parsley Butter Salt Pepper Directions Whisk your eggs until they’re fully mixed, then add a pinch of salt, pepper, and some chopped parsley. Add a bit of butter to a medium to medium low heat pan, then add your eggs and mix vigorously. When your eggs begin to thicken, even them out on the bottom of the pan, then add your cheese to the center of your omelette, in a line. Next, free the edges of your omelette with a spatula, then gently roll it over on itself. Finally, roll it onto a plate, add more chopped parsley, and enjoy.
