This is a great smoothie that’s loaded with vitamins.
1 frozen banana (freezing the banana is optional)
Add a handful or two of green grapes, a couple of leaves of kale, your frozen banana, and just a splash of almond milk (just to help it blend).
Freezing the banana is optional, but to freeze it, just peel it, wrap it in plastic wrap, and then seal it in a freezer bag. The banana will keep for weeks like this, and you can add them directly from the freezer to your smoothies.
