Start by cutting your kale into bit-sized pieces. Place the kale on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and pepper, then bake it at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (until it’s crispy).
Next, sauté minced garlic and finely diced mushrooms in butter, and a bit of olive oil, until it’s lightly caramelized. When it’s done, season it with salt and pepper, then set it aside.
