This is a vitamin packed juice that is super healthful.
2 whole fresh beets (peeled)
6-8 fresh carrots
1 knob of ginger (about the size of your thumb) peeled
Juice of half a lemon
Peel your beets and ginger, and chop your vegetables into large pieces (just small enough to fit in your juicer).Â Juice the beets, carrots and ginger, and finish by squeezing the lime juice into your glass at the end.
