This is a slightly bitter juice, but it’s really good for you. It’s great anytime of year, and especially during the holidays. It’s a great detox drink after all of the eating and drinking.

Ingredients

  • Cranberries (1/2 to 1 cup)

  • Pomegranates (1 to 2)

  • Ginger (large chunk)

Directions

Start by quartering your pomegranate, then scoop the seeds into a bowl. It’s also okay if you get white bits in the bowl. You can juice it along with everything else without a problem.

Next, juice your pomegranate, cranberry, and ginger, and enjoy.
