Chopped Steak Burger on a Homemade Kaiser Roll

This is a tasty burger with a nice texture, and it’s great with beers and football.
Start by chopping your steak with a chef’s knife (no need for a meat grinder), along with a bit of fat – which will help keep the burger moist. Next, mix it with a bit of salt and pepper, then sear it in a hot pan and cook it to your liking.
When the burger is done, toast your bun in a bit of olive oil or butter while your burger is resting (let it rest for several minutes).
When everything is ready, add any condiments that you like and enjoy.
