Buttermilk Herb Parmesan Buffalo Wings with Honey Mustard
This a tasty variation on buffalo wings for your game day festivities.
White wine vinegar
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Start by marinating your chicken wings in buttermilk, thyme, rosemary, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, white wine, salt, and pepper for 24 hours. You can also trim these if you like (as shown in the picture above).
When the wings have marinated and are ready to cook, drizzle with lemon juice and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
While your wings are baking, prep your honey mustard by mixing Dijon mustard, honey, and white wine vinegar. Also, mix grated parmesan, lemon zest, and chopped parsley, and lay it out flat on a plate.
When your wings are done, coat them with a layer of your honey mustard (reserve some of the honey mustard to serve on the side), then coat them with your parmesan, parsley, and lemon zest mixture. Garnish with green onions and enjoy.
